Talk about the best gift ever. I promptly purchased all kinds of veggies to plant my first ever garden. I bought 2 tomato plants, 2 sugar pumpkin plant starters and 2 zucchini, everything else I am starting from seed. In my little planter I hope to have lettuce, basil, onions, sunflowers, and one of the pumpkin plants. In another area of my backyard I will have the 2 zucchinis and other pumpkin plant. My tomatoes and bean seeds went into big pots and lastly, my herb garden is growing in pots as well. Here are a few pictures that I took today so that I could note the progress. I am happy, and quite proud, to say that all of the plants are looking healthy and bigger than when I planted them. I have high hopes for harvest!
